Shipping/Delivery Information:

Since HEALTHYLIFE IS a Karachi based business, all the orders are delivered FREE of cost within Karachi. We also offer FREE Delivery anywhere in Pakistan to orders amounting to Rs.10,000/- or over. For orders outside of Karachi and their total amount is less than Rs.10,000, minor delivery cost is charged depending upon the total weight of your ordered items. You will be notified of your total Order amount payable (including the delivery cost, if any) through email or phone call from one of our representatives and upon your consent/approval, the items will then be dispatched through our designated courier service on your given delivery address.
The delivery time for orders from Karachi is 1 business day and for orders outside of Karachi is 2-3 business days. We strive to dispatch your orders as soon as your order is verified through email or by calling the customer, however we cannot commit on the delivery timelines as unfortunately we observe disturbing/chaotic situations around the country from time to time.

Payment process:

At the moment, the only payment option available is Cash on Delivery. This means that once an order is placed, we will verify your order through email or by calling on your specified numbers. Upon verification of your order, we will dispatch your ordered items through our designated Courier service and you will pay the invoiced amount to the courier agent. PLEASE MAKE SURE that you have the exact amount available to pay the courier agent as they may not be having change available to them. You will also be receiving a payment invoice along with your items, please verify the items and the order invoice received accordingly.

Cancellations/Changes to your order:

If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order that you have placed online, you may do so within 12 hours of order placement or before you receive order confirmation email/phone call from us confirming your ordered items.

Product Refunds/Returns or Exchange:

We do NOT honor any returns or refunds. You are adviced to check your ordered products comprehensively upon arrival. Since we are dealing with imported products that are mainly manufactured in USA/Canada, therefore the cost of sending a product back to its origin for replacement is much higher than actually importing it. Hence there is no refund or return policy intact. However all the products are checked comprehensively and then dispatched to consumers. Minor damage to a product(s) may occur as the products are directly imported from USA and cargo is not too kindly handled at the ports here.

Refused Shipments / Delivery Failure:

If you have placed an order with us and upon arrival of your invoiced items at your delivery address, you refuse to accept the items without any specified reason or deny the order completely, we will block your account and will not be shipping anything under your specified details. HEALTHYLIFE also reserves the right to decline delivery to certain areas around the country.
